A server looks wrong. Most of what you see is published by the server itself: name, description, tags, wipe schedule and header image. Change it there and the site follows within five minutes. If a wipe was missed or a value stays wrong, send the server's address as ip:port and what you expected to see. You can also check the live server list and the wipe schedule first.
